When Liberty Tax, a tax preparation franchise, lost two different SAN caches within two hours of each other in the middle of tax season, Senior DBA Cristin Flick called upon Solvaria to help. Every minute Liberty Tax’s backend servers were down they were losing business, so it was important for the issue to be resolved quickly and correctly.
