Cloud infrastructure strategy

Multi-cloud architecture

Expert design and optimization across AWS, Azure, and other public cloud environments.

Managing multi-cloud complexity

Adopting multiple cloud providers can improve resilience and flexibility, but it introduces operational complexity and fragmented cost management. Managing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud requires consistent architecture and governance.

Without a unified approach, teams often underutilize platform capabilities or incur unnecessary spend. Performance issues are frequently addressed by adding resources, which increases costs without resolving underlying inefficiencies. Solvaria addresses these challenges through structured multi-cloud design that aligns platform capabilities with business objectives, controlling costs while maintaining performance.

What our multi-cloud architecture services include

Solvaria’s multi-cloud offering begins with a comprehensive assessment of your existing cloud infrastructure and workloads. Our team evaluates compute, storage, networking, security, and database configurations to identify constraints and opportunities. Based on these findings, we design or refine the target architecture across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. This applies to both migration initiatives and new cloud-native environments.

The engagement includes reference architectures, migration plans, and cost-performance tradeoff analyses aligned with compliance and resilience requirements. This model extends beyond initial design. Solvaria remains engaged through managed services to monitor, tune, and support the multi-cloud environment over time.

AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud architecture expertise

Solvaria’s architects bring deep expertise across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, applying established frameworks such as the AWS Well-Architected Framework to guide security, reliability, performance, and cost control.

On AWS, we align services such as EC2, RDS/Aurora, and storage with workload requirements, supported by CloudWatch for monitoring and IAM for access control. On Azure, we design and implement Virtual Networks, virtual machines, Azure SQL, Managed Instances, and storage. Azure Monitor and Security Center support visibility, security, and operational consistency.

Our team uses Terraform to standardize infrastructure as code. We use Kubernetes (EKS and AKS) to enable cross-platform portability. We secure connectivity through Direct Connect and ExpressRoute, with centralized identity and logging across both environments. Our team further optimizes database configurations across SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, supported by unified monitoring for performance and cost visibility.

Our engagement model and process

Solvaria works in close partnership with your team. We begin with a multi-cloud discovery phase, engaging stakeholders, inventorying workloads, and reviewing cost and performance across environments. This informs a detailed architecture design and delivery roadmap.

We develop architecture diagrams and implementation plans, then work alongside your team to execute them. This includes configuring networks, establishing infrastructure-as-code pipelines, and migrating databases where required. We maintain transparency through defined checkpoints and measurable outcomes, including cost and performance tracking.
Following implementation, we monitor results and refine the architecture as needed. Through our managed services model, Solvaria remains engaged beyond delivery to support ongoing optimization, upgrades, and operations.
