We offer a subscription-based MMT/365 service that provides ongoing database administration and support. Each month includes a retainer of DBA hours, with plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) offering different coverage levels, from business-hours support to full 24×7/365 monitoring with guaranteed response times. We handle daily monitoring, automated backups, patch management, and configuration tuning. We also proactively resolve issues to keep your databases running optimally as your needs evolve.
