What our managed database service includes

We offer a subscription-based MMT/365 service that provides ongoing database administration and support. You get a dedicated team of senior DBAs (typically three experts) who stay with you long-term (no monthly handoffs, no rotating staff) so they develop a deep understanding of your environment and a strong working relationship with your team.

Each month includes a retainer of DBA hours, with plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) offering different coverage levels, from business-hours support to full 24×7/365 monitoring with guaranteed response times. We handle daily monitoring, automated backups, patch management, and configuration tuning. We also proactively resolve issues to keep your databases running optimally as your needs evolve.
