Greg has spent his 25 years in the IT industry focused on solving business issues using information technology. He has been a Programmer, Infrastructure Manager, eBusiness Manager, Consultant, Chief Information Officer, and Mentor for many of Richmond’s well know companies.
A lifelong learner, Greg utilizes his past experiences and current trends in technology to guide companies in making sound technology investments in people, process and hardware. Greg was the leader of the Richmond Technology Council CIO Forum, and is a current leader in the Virginia Council of CEOs. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and enjoys his away time at the gym, the golf course, and with his wife and two children.
Pamela has been assisting organizations with IT Solutions for nearly 20 years. At Solvaria, she leads the sales and service efforts for the Database Consulting Practice. She works closely with each client and the Solvaria technical team to architect high-quality approaches and to help increase efficiency and achieve business success.
Pamela received her bachelor’s degree in English and History from East Carolina University. She is certified in ITIL® Foundations, VMware Sales and is a certified Microsoft Sales Professional. During off hours, Pamela enjoys boating, snow skiing and spending time with family and friends.
As Solvaria’s first Director of Marketing, Jennifer leads the company’s marketing, branding and communications initiatives, while also working closely with the sales and account teams to support business development.
Jennifer started her career working with nationally-recognized brands at top business communications and public relations agencies in the Southeast that deliver high-level client service and tangible business results. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and is still an avid Wolfpack basketball and football fan. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys running and hiking with her dog, cooking and exploring Richmond’s growing food scene with family and friends.
With more than 20 years of experience in database management, Greg leads Solvaria’s Oracle Database practice where he manages our team of Oracle experts while also serving clients across a broad range of industries. During his tenure at Solvaria he has led many successful IT projects, including performance monitoring/tuning, routine/maintenance reorganizations, SQL tuning, backup/recovery, troubleshooting, security/auditing, training and implementation, software installations and database design.
Greg is a regular speaker at many Oracle conferences across the Southeast, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Management Information System, from Radford University.
John brings to our team more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology, with 20+ of those years specializing in all aspects of Microsoft’s SQL Server Platform from design and implementation, to tuning and performance, to consolidation and migration. His experience spans industries including Finance/Mortgage, Class Action Settlement, Healthcare, Insurance, Department Of Defense and the Military.
As a former Marine, John brings his leadership ability, hardworking attitude and willingness to provide long-lasting client solutions to his role as SQL Server Practice Lead, making him an invaluable resource to both Solvaria and his customers.
